Nicholasville Vibes Music Festival Allowed & Prohibited Items

Entry Guidelines:

  • Search Policy: All guests and their belongings may be subject to search upon entry or re-entry.

  • Bag Policy: To make entry faster, please keep bags to a minimum.

Allowed Items:

  • Bags:

    • Small bags, including clutch purses and fanny packs.

    • Diaper bags.

​

  • Other Items:

    • Baby strollers (no wagons).

    • Blankets, sheets, towels.

    • Basic point-and-shoot cameras (no detachable lenses or accessories).

    • Empty reusable water bottles, hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles.

    • Personal-sized hand sanitizer.

    • Factory-sealed Naloxone/Narcan kits.

    • Chairs (without carrying case).

Prescription Medication and Dietary Restrictions:

  • Food and Drink:

    • Outside food and drink are not allowed, except for special medical dietary needs.

    • Patrons with medical dietary restrictions should speak to the Security Manager at the entry gate.

  • Medications:

    • Must be in original container.

    • Only one type of medication per container, with enough for the festival.

    • Prescription bottle must have the patron’s name, verified with an ID.

Prohibited Items:

  • Containers:

    • Coolers.

    • Glass containers.

  • Equipment:

    • Professional audio, video, and camera equipment (including large detachable lenses and tripods).

    • Drones or remote flying devices.

  • Miscellaneous:

    • Illegal substances.

    • Inflatables, including inflatable chairs.

    • Outside food or beverages.

    • Umbrellas.

    • Pets (except service animals).

    • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts, or motorized vehicles.

    • Tents, canopies, or shade structures.

    • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors and solicitation materials.

    • Weapons or explosives.

    • Fireworks.
